Stands for Youth Ministry Network. They care deeply about young people but are gifted and available to help behind the scenes with planning and carrying out events.
A YMN believes in our ministry to students. They are behind-the-scenes youth workers that prepare an event and help the ministry carry out those events, but who do not have to face time with students, and who don't have to attend all our ministry events.
