Stands for Youth Ministry Team. They are
the youth workers in the trenches of the lives of the students,
working face-to-face with kids and caring for them on a personal
level.
A YMT enjoys a growing relationship with
Jesus Christ that shows. They have attended and will attend
Central, and Student Ministry events, on a regular basis.
They also complete the "Insights" and "Shape" classes,
and participate in YMT meetings. A completed YMT
Application and a few interviews with the Team and you're IN!
